Chardonnay Brut
Brut, but pleasingly so, elegant and fragrant,
typical of Giulio Cocchi style.
A foaming mousse gives way to a continuos and lively perlage,
bringing into mind the slow natural low temperature fermentation
in large tanks.
Cocchi Chardonnay is a sparkling wine that can be drunk
throughout the meal, one of the modern generation of sparkling
wines for the modern way of life.
