Euphorìa
The first Extra Brut from
Giulio Cocchi
We wanted to make a sparkling wine that was not the usual
Pinot or Chardonnay and had its roots firmly in Piedmont.
Here it is, an aromatic Cortese di Gavi full of character, aged
in the cellars for one year to obtain a delicate perlage and
smooth consistency.
Euphorìa did not get its name by chance ; it stands for the
passion and the enthusiasm that goes into the constant striving
for quality and the constant experimentation with new wine styles
backed by the confidence inspired by a century’s experience
in winemaking.
But euphoria is also satisfaction, the happiness and optimism
that sparkling wine creates, the joy and fun-loving nature that
comes naturally when it is drunk in moderation in the great
traditions of our heritage.
Store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place.
