Grappa Dorée di Moscato d'Asti

History: Grappa Dorée has always been part of the range of grappas produced by the Giulio Cocchi company. Indeed, the design of the label deliberately evokes the style of the days when this grappa was first presented and also the strength of character and balance to be found in this elegant product at the same time.

Production: Pomace from selected Moscato grapes is collected in sacks after use in the making of Asti Cocchi and, after fermentation, distilled in G. Bosso discontinuous copper alambics.
Ageing: the riserva is matured for at least three years in Piedmontese oak barrels.
Alcohol: 44% vol.
Description: as the name implies, bright golden colour; intense, concentrated aroma, delicate and powerful at the same time; a true expression of its traditional aromatic style; soft, sophisticated, warming and good follow through from bouquet to palate; the level of alcohol is not noticeable thanks to exceptional balance and harmony.
One of only a few 100 per cent Moscato grappas on the market, not being cut with other grappas, and combing fragrance and concentration at the same time.
Serving temperature: cold, or room-temperature, a personal choice.
Uses: absolutely perfect as a feminine perfume, even better in a spray bottle! Failing that, an excellent after dinner drink served in the right Art Deco glasses.
Packaging: new presentation in 50 cl bottle, available also as a single-bottle pack. Or box of six.
