Grapes: off-skin vinification of Pinot Nero and Chardonnay in variable proportions according to the vintage.

Yield per hectare: 75 quintals of grapes.

Alcohol content: 12,0% Vol.

Maturation on the lees : at least 48 months.

Pale straw yellow with green reflections; sophisticated, long and delicate bouquet; elegant and attractively dry on the palate; lively and well-balanced perlage.
