The first hundred years
A new Brut dedicated to the sparkling wine
know-how of the company’s founder, Giulio Cocchi, and the
happy centenary the company’s presence in the city of Asti.
Produced since 1991 on the occasion of the company centenary, the
label shows the original winery in the last century.
The quality Sparkling wine is 100% Chardonnay; it has a
pronounced character and intense bouquet.
The slow Sparkling wines elaboration process, the "Long
Charmat Method", in the cellars of the Cocchi winery
underground, give a full tasting fragrant wine with a fine
long-lasting perlage, like the best bottled fermented wines.
