This grappa has been distilled in traditional copper discontinuous alembics using the pomace of the same Ruchè grapes that go into the making of Casa Brina Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato. The intensity of the perfume and the particular aromas already present in the pomace give this grappa a unique aromatic quality. The label is a artistic picture of an old vine.
