it's an aromatic wine made with Malvasia grape grown in Piemonte.
Pleasantly cherry-red to the eye, the wine has all the fragrance
of the fresh grapes. In flavour it is sweet, slightly spicy and
fizzy. Suitable with desserts.

| Vinification: |
soft pressing and fermentation at low temperature, to preserve the fragrance the grape is harvested in small cases during the day and pressed in the night.

| Characteristics: |
cherry red in colour with natural petillant fountains. The aromatic flavour is immediate to the noose with a fragrant characteristic of wild roses. The taste is delicate sweet, and the fruitness is persistent and
pleasant.

5,5% of developed alcohol, 10,5 % total.

| Longevity: |
it keeps the original freshness for at least 18 months. Not to be aged.
