BAVA FAMILY IN ISTANBUL

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul will be welcoming one of the best Barolo and
Barberesco wine producer in Italy, Mr. Roberto Bava, for truffle promotion which
has become a tradition each year.

Our Executive chef Ciaran Hickey and his team are proud to present the truffle
specialities at the Seasons Restaurant together with Bava Wines between the dates
of 17- 25 November, 2000. As you know, truffles are one of the most rare items in
the culinary world. Black truffles are mainly found in the Umbria region of Italy
from November to March, while white truffles grow in Piedmont Region and are
preferred for their very special flavour.

The Bava family who are producing Bava wines in Piedmont Region, where the white
truffles grow, have brought new ideas and methods by producing the best quality
wines.

The Bava wines with the sponsorship of Adco Food&Wines Company will be served
with truffle specialities during lunch, dinner and Sunday brunches which will
definately mark its place in your memory.
