GRAPPA DI MALVASIA 
DI CASTELNUOVO DON BOSCO


Raw material: pomace from the pressing of Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco grapes, used in the production of Malvasia Rosé Bava.
Distillation method: discontinuous alambic distillation at the Bosso Distillery
Ageing: unnecessary. The intense primary aromas from the pomace are transferred directly into the distillate giving it an immediate and characteristic fragrance.
Alcohol: 43 % Vol.
Tasting note: Clear in colour and smoothly consistent in viscosity; delicate and fragrant bouquet with the typical scent of Malvasia grapes; soft, warming and well-balanced on the palate.
Serving temperature: 16°C
Production: about 2,000 bottles per year; ready for sale after 12 - 18 months. Individually numbered and vintage dated back labels.
Bottle type: 50cl. clear glass special bottle.
Presentation: sold in boxes of six bottles; or in special single-bottle gift packaging.
