BARBERA D'ASTI D.O.C. - Violino

Only available in double magnum
The violin is the ideal instrument to demonstrate musical virtuosity. Barbera d'Asti Superiore Bava is proof of the sophistication of this wine and its suitability to oak-ageing. It provides a "pizzicato" of taste comparable to the luminous lirical qualities that radiate from a violin's sound box.
Recommended Sound:

(Beethoven - Concerto in re minore - adagio per violino)

Grapes: 100% Barbera.
Region: selected historical vineyards in the province of Asti.
Vinification: after a long staying on its skins it is fermented at controlled temperature.
