BARBARESCO D.O.C.G. - Double Bass

A cello sonata is full of smooth and profound sounds, and rather touching on the heart-strings, too. On the dinner menu scale it harmonises well with the rich and

flavoursome tastes of the meat course, as befit the intense, masculine tastes of Barbaresco Bava.

Recommended Sound:

(Dvorak - Concerto per violoncello - allergro)
