Tastings and Winery Tours
From Monday, August 24, 2026, we will resume our regular opening hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
We look forward to welcoming you during our opening hours and offering the tasting experiences of your choice.
Please note that, from August 3 to August 25, our guided tours will temporarily not include a visit to the wine cellar. Our full winery tours will resume on August 26.

Our proposals
Classic Tasting
The Classic Tasting includes a visit to the historic Bava cellars and the Cocchi Botanical Library, a journey to discover the production of wines and vermouths. Afterwards, we will welcome you to our tasting room for a tasting of 3 wines, including
a Martinotti Method sparkling wine and two reds, ending with a tasting of Vermouth.

Bava, Story of Monferrato
This Tasting includes a visit to our historic cellars and the barrel room. After the tour, we will head to the tasting room, where you will have the opportunity to taste 4 wines from our Langhe and Monferrato vineyards, including a red wine with long aging potential.

Cocchi, Vermouths and Aperitivi
The Tasting dedicated to our aromatized wines is preceded by a visit to the cellar and the Botanical Library. You will then have the opportunity to taste 4 Cocchi Vermouths and aromatized wines, immersing yourself in the fascinating world of mixology.

Cocchi, discovering Alta Langa DOCG
Tasting dedicated to the lovers of the Piemontese Metodo Classico. After a guided tour of the historic cellar, you will visit the Pupitres Room, dedicated to our Alta Langa. The experience continues in the Tasting Room with two options:
- Tasting of 3 Alta Langa Cocchi. Duration: 1h30.
- Tasting of 5 Alta Langa Cocchi. Duration: 2h.

Bava, Piedmont's Finest
A Tasting for the lovers of the great red wines of Piedmont. You will visit our historic cellars and the barrel room.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to taste the best vintages of the 5 most important wines signed by Bava.
Duration: 2h
Truffle and Wine Journey at Cantina Bava
The experience includes truffle hunting in the woods surrounding our estate, guided by a local trifolau.
After the activity, we will visit our historic cellars and barrel room.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of 3 wines representative of Bava Winery, accompanied by a tasting of the truffles found during the hunt.

It is also possible to arrange a personalized experience, designed to suit your interests and preferences (subject to seasonal availability).
We will be delighted to organize customized tours and tastings based on your specific requests.
Examples include:
- A dedicated tasting focused on selected wines or specific vintages from our cellar, including vertical tastings.
- Exclusive food and wine pairings, such as historical vintages from our family’s private reserve served with a selection of artisanal cheeses, or aromatized wines paired with fine chocolate.
