The Cellar
The cellars were founded in 1911, after expanding the vineyards to other communes between Monferrato and Langhe.
We have accomplished much in this century. In 1975 we pioneered the use of the barriques and today our cellars have steel fermentation vats built ad hoc for each vineyard. The vats can be used for the fermentation of the must as well as for storing wine in a temperature controlled environment.
A part of the cellars has been specifically devoted to the fermentation of aromatic wines. The cellars are equipped with hi-fi system and wi-fi access.
