As the summer’s warmth gives way to the vibrant colors of autumn, our vineyards are buzzing with excitement: the most anticipated time of the year has arrived – the grape harvest.
The scent of ripe grapes fills the vineyards: this year, the first clusters to be harvested were the Chardonnay grapes from the Cocconato vineyards, which will give life to the new vintage of Thou Bianc, our Chardonnay with pleasantly floral notes.
In these days of intense work, we are reaping the fruits of the year-long labor.
It’s the beginning of a new adventure: in the coming weeks, the magic of the harvest will continue, and our new wines will take shape.
