At the Gala for the UNESCO Heritage candidacy of Italian cuisine, held within the “Summer Fancy Food Show” at The Pierre New York, our Nizza DOCG Pianoalto accompanied the cuisine of Chef Enrico Derflingher.
In attendance were the Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida, ICE President Matteo Zoppas, and the Governor of Piedmont Alberto Cirio.
