A Journey into the Roots of Piemontese Winemaking<\/span><\/h2>\n

Tastings at Bava Winery<\/strong> are designed<\/span> to showcase the richness and diversity of Piemonte’s wine heritage. You can choose from five unique tasting experiences, each with its <\/span>own<\/span> personality.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on your choice, you’ll taste everything from iconic red wines of Monferrato and Langhe to sparkling wines made using the Martinotti Method or Alta Langa DOCG<\/strong>, as well as Cocchi’s aromatized wines and vermouths, <\/strong>ideal for exploring the world of mixology.<\/span><\/p>\n

Begin with a tour of Bava’s historic cellars and Cocchi’s Botanical Library<\/strong>, learning how our wines and vermouths are crafted<\/span>. Then, in the tasting room, enjoy three wines<\/strong>: one Martinotti Method sparkling wine, two reds, and a Cocchi vermouth to finish<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cocchi: Vermouth & Aperitifs<\/h3>\n

Perfect for cocktail lovers and the curious, this tasting highlights Cocchi’s aromatized wines<\/span>.<\/span> After a cellar tour, you’ll visit the Botanical Library to discover the origins of key aromas, followed by a tasting of four Cocchi recipes<\/strong>, including vermouths and other aromatized wines.<\/span><\/p>\n
