Depending on your choice, you’ll taste everything from iconic red wines of Monferrato and Langhe to sparkling wines made using the Martinotti Method or Alta Langa DOCG, as well as Cocchi’s aromatized wines and vermouths, ideal for exploring the world of mixology.

The experience begins in the historic cellar and continues through the barrel room, followed by a tasting of four wines from our vineyards in Langhe and Monferrato, including a long-aged red.

Perfect for cocktail lovers and the curious, this tasting highlights Cocchi’s aromatized wines. After a cellar tour, you’ll visit the Botanical Library to discover the origins of key aromas, followed by a tasting of four Cocchi recipes, including vermouths and other aromatized wines.

Cocchi: discovering Alta Langa DOCG
A tasting designed for lovers of Piemonte’s traditional sparkling wine. After a guided tour of the historic winery, you’ll visit the Sala Pupitres where our Alta Langa DOCG is made, before heading to the tasting room.

You’ll find us in Cocconato (Asti), at Strada Monferrato 2—nestled in the heart of Monferrato Astigiano, one of Italy’s Most Beautiful Villages.
